Marketing is an extremely complicated business, and I don’t profess to be across every nuance. Some organisations employ hundreds of marketing professionals who specialise in seemingly abstract analyses and manipulations of every aspect of the marketing process.
But for those of us who have spent a lot of time on the coalface of small business, there are some utter basic understandings that are regularly ignored. These are 3 of my favourites.
